Files you upload. When you use a tool (merge, compress, convert, etc.), we temporarily receive the file you upload in order to process it.

Usage and activity data. We record which tools and pages you use, how long you spend on them, and — for signed-in users — tie this to your account so you can review your own activity from your dashboard.

Contact form and feedback. If you contact us or rate a tool, we store your message, ratings, and optional feedback text, along with your name (or IP address if you're not signed in).

Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we log IP address, approximate location, device type, browser, and referring page for basic analytics and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the tools and features you use
• To let you manage your own account, profile, and activity history

3. File Handling & Retention

Files you upload are processed in memory on our servers and are automatically deleted within 1 hour of upload. We do not review, share, sell, or use the contents of your files for any purpose other than performing the conversion or edit you requested.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a CSRF-protection cookie required for secure form submissions. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or to operate core infrastructure (e.g. hosting).

We apply reasonable technical safeguards — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
