4. Your Files & Content

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the right to do so and to have it processed by our tools. See our Privacy Policy for how long files are retained.

5. Intellectual Property

The CurePDF name, logo, website design, and underlying software are owned by CurePDF and may not be copied or reused without permission. This does not apply to files you upload or download using the service.

6. Service Availability

CurePDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime and reliability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CurePDF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss from files you upload.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of CurePDF after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
